After moving from southern Oklahoma to Tulsa about a year ago, the wife and I finally got around to driving a stretch of The Mother Road. We stopped at the Blue Whale and was delightfully surprised it was reopened with a gift shop. That's where I picked up your wonderful guidebook. We wound up seeing some sites along the way to Sapulpa that we would have otherwise missed if it weren't for your book.
As we make many trips along I-40 going "Out West", we look forward to having some future Route 66 stops that we have not done. Kudos to you and hopefully one day we will have a chance to stop by your gallery!

We have just returned from our trip down Route 66. We live in Fort Wayne, Indiana and drove to Chicago to start our adventure. We took eleven days to drive all they way to Santa Monica. We were able to follow your directions as outlined in your book. I Don't think we would have been able to do it without it. Thank You so much for documenting this route so clearly. I wouldn't recommend trying it without Your book. We did drive by your store, but we thought it was to early to disturb you.
Thank You,
Ed & Kathy Shannon

Hi Jerry,
I'm planning on visiting your gallery on May 7th in the afternoon, really looking forward to it. It will be Day 3 of my 8 day route 66 motorcycle adventure(I'm finishing in San Francisco)
Your book has been absolutely essential to the planning of this trip and as with so many things these days its fantastic to see individuals with a passion keeping history alive.
I can't wait to get started.
Thanks

My husband and I are planning our Route 66 Road Trip to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Since we live in Missouri we are doing Chicago to St Louis the first of May and then embarking on the rest of our journey mid May...all the way to California and a few off the beaten path stops along the way. Can’t wait!!!

I can't believe that in about two weeks my wife and I will set out on our trike for Chicago and points west. I too turned 66 in October and I'm looking forward to the journey. I've enjoyed EZ 66 much and we will be carrying it as our guide. See you soon on Rt. 66

Jerry,
I have been on a few parts of Route 66 over the years. However, this is a special year for me. I turned 66 last October, I have a mostly restored 66 Ford Fairlane, and of course there is only one road that calls out to us. So in early June, I and hopefully my son Quinton (18) are going to go to Lakeshore Drive and head west toward LA. I have your 4th edition EZ66 Guide and a set of Here It Is Route 66 maps.
I have reading your Guide a couple of times and am looking forward to the trip. I will watch your website for updates.
Thanks in advance for all the help.

Will be taking Route 66 from Chicago to LA starting on April 1st (2018) from Chicago. No schedule after that. Still working out plans on likely places to stop. Expect the trip will be 2.5 weeks.
