This summer I will be riding the Route again (last time in 2003) from Chicago to LA. I will be with my two sons and 3 of my friends. I missed so much of the Route in 2003, but your EZ 66 #2 book has made the difference this time.... Thanks for getting out there, and wwe plan a visit to see you when we come through Chandler. We are leaving California on July 5th and riding back to Chicago on Interstate 80. After a day's rest, we will start our journey home on the the living history of Route 66.

Jerry,

My wife and I will be doing the entire route this June-July in my corvette convertible. I have used your maps and EZ66 Guide extensively during my planning, and hope to stop by and say "hi" on June 22nd.

Keep up the great work.

My son and I used your Map Series last year to spend two days exploring from Texola, OK, to Tucumcari, NM. We bought your EZ66 Guide at the Midpoint in Adrian, home of very good pie. Earlier this month we spent two days on the road from Texola to Chandler, OK, again using the book. A few highlights. Visiting with Marty Hall, the hospitable owner of Sid's Diner in El Reno, while we ate the local fare, onion burgers. Really good Mexican food at Pedro's Mexican Grill in Elk City (don't let the garish paint color keep you away). The Gen Thomas Stafford Air and Space Museum in Weatherford; a first class, professionally done museum with lots of aircraft and NASA parts on display. Talking to the new owner of the Owl Courts in Britton. Talking to Butch at the old gas station west of El Reno and learning some local history. Sorry we missed you in Chandler. Keep up the good work. Your maps and book are an invaluable guide to the highway. - Randy Bishop, Highlands Ranch, Colorado. (p.s. the twin-engine bomber in El Reno is a Martin B-26 Marauder.)

Hi Jerry! I've been fascinated by Route 66 since I was a teen studying US History in high school in Toronto. I was lucky enough to visit Flagstaff and HAD to stand in the middle of town in the middle of the road! I picked up a commemorative DVD set on Route 66 and loved hearing the stories and looking at your art! I'll hopefully be in touch soon for a commission! Keep 66 alive! Keep up the great artwork!

Regards,

Hi Jerry,
I also have been facinated with Route 66 for a long time, but unfortunately haven't had the opportunity to cruise it (Spent the majority of my adult life overseas in the USN) but am now retired (sort of) and next year the wife an I plan to ride our motorcycles from Virginia Beach to Cali using as much of RT 66 as we can. This has long been a dream of mine and I am finally at a point in my life where I can make it happen. I love your artwork and we will definitely stop by and see you and get you to sign our book for us. And you may even hear from us between now and then asking for tips or info.
Regards,
Mike

Our 1st Route 66 trip was last year and it was completely spontaneous. I had to take a state test in Springfield so my husband and I decided to make a trip out of it. We are in our early 30's and didn't know much about The Road. We were going off a road map and got a little turned around in Pontiac. We stopped at the museum and bought your EZ guide. We bonded that weekend and fell in love with the road. Using your guide, we plan on exploring one state a year. We cannot wait to finish IL this summer!!! Thanks for your dedication to the road!!!!!!!

Hello Jerry, We havent met yet, but someday hopefully would love to have you paint my 41 chevy truck in front of or in vogue with some classic neon signage as would be found in New Mexico or Arizona along Route 66. I am still getting the 41 road worthy, so it might be a few years. Looking forward to meeting you.
Great website, and I love your artwork, keep up the good work.
John

Hi Jerry,
17 years ago (already !) you did a painting of my '57 Fairlane at the Texaco station at Erick OK. Just wanted to let you know I am still enjoying it every day. Was back on 66 not too long ago but schedule was too tight to visit you. Better luck next time. Wishing you all the best.
