Jerry,
Thank you for updating your readers on the loss of laurel kane. I spent some time with her on my trip last year. She was so generous to let me photograph and measure the old Route 66 sign in the store. I bought one sign from her. Being a Kansan, it was really nice to see and learn about her original 66 shield from Galena. It was real neat seeing the cars that they have on display.
Sincerely,
Dave Cole

My father n law and myself are riding our motorcycles first of June 2016 from Illinois to Santa Monica. This has been a dream of mine for 40 years. Looking forward to do it, especially on the bike. Hopefully we can stop by and meet you. Your EZ guide is awesome.🇺🇸

Jerry,
I am a fan of your books and especially of your artistry! I just completed a children's book for all ages–Route 66 In Search of Ghosts and Treasures. Please preview it at www.ArtistRowPublishing.com. I look forward to meeting you in the months to come. I plan to see Shellee and Jim in Lebanon at the Munger Moss event and Jim's book signing. Please friend me on Facebook. I am a Texan now but was born in St. Louis. I was interested to find that you were an "oil kid" who was a Texan. My best, Phyllis Grey

My wife and I have for some years wanted to drive the route 66. Now at last as our daughter lives in Arlington, Virginia we are going to visit her in late march ad after that we're going to drive the route 66 for about three weeks in march/april. An occasion that is rare as we live in Dnmark, Europe and the flight tickets from Europe to USA are a bit expensive.

My wife and I are making the R66 trip west for 1 month to celebrate my retirement in May of this year. I have the 3 recommended books and have been studying them profusely. We are staying at the most iconic motels etc. Including the Congress Plaza to start but also Blue Swallow, Holbrook TP's, Boots Court, El Rancho, Texan, Saga, Merimac Caverns just to mention a few. Thanks for your detailed info and we are truly looking forward to it. Donald and Lilli Inch

I had the pleasure of meeting Jerry and having him sign my EZ66 guide while I was on vacation from Australia. He is a great man and willing to chat about Route 66 to great lengths,I will be returning to Chandler in a few more years and will be looking Jerry up once again. In closing I would sugest any travelers on Route 66 to take some time out and visit Jerry in Chandler, you will not be dissapointed

Hi Jerry, My wife and I just returned to Australia after doing a stretch of R66 from Santa Monica to Santa Rosa. In the limited time we had (12 days), our goal was to get to Adrian but unfortunately had to turn back in Santa Rosa due to heavy snow forecast. We plan to come back in 2 years and start from Chicago in the fall and see how far we can get. Your book was a great help and we saw things we probably would have bypassed if it wasn't for the EZ66 guide. We already had edition 3 but bought edition 4 from the Santa Monica Pier kiosk. All in all we had a blast and can't wait to get more kicks on route 66! Cheers, Chris & Cathy.

Hi Jerry! Jessica and Stephen here! We are from Los Angeles and are currently en route to Albuquerque! We completed our first stretch of 66 two winters ago. We went from Santa Monica to the Petrified National Forest! Now we are picking up where we left off and planning to get to Oklahoma in a few days! Will you be in Chandler? We would love to meet you!
