Jerry, great book! Did some Route 66 on July 17-19 with my son from my home in Des Peres, MO to near Flag, AZ to visit my mom. Returned trip AZ-MO August 14-16. On July 17, we stayed at Western Motel in Sayre, OK. Room small, basic, clean. Manager friendly at 11pm check-in. Sadly, the neon sign was not working. Manager said sign has been broken since 2009 and would cost ~$20k to fix! - Regards, Doug

Jerry, Thanks for writing the EZ66 Guide and for meeting us in July when we came through Chandler. We finished Route 66 today and met Ian Bowen at 66 to Cali. Couldn’t have done the trip without the guide!!! Thanks so much!!!

Just finishing remodel of my Rt 66 room and looking for any thing original to decorate with.
I live in Amarillo and have visited museums in Weatherford, and Clinton, OK. Seen many Rt 66 travelers when driving I 40. Looks like everyone traveling it is having a great time. Driving the entire Rt is on my bucket list

Hi Jerry!

I used your guide in 8/2018 and it was a life saver! We did not get as far as your place but this September we want to see the Blue Whale. That will be our turnaround point (we are in Calif.) and want to stop by and meet you and have you sign my book!

Driving Route 66 for the first time. I'm driving home to Chicago from Dallas, so I am starting in Arcadia, OK. I'm so excited. Have my Official Route 66 Guide. Can't wait to hit those dirt roads.

Had a great visit with Jerry, on July 1, and we were happy to pick up our official Route 66 Guide!
PS. TJ Ice Cream was open and delicious about 1/2 mile north on Hwy 18.

Hi Jerry
I have always loved the idea of traveling old Rt 66. At the young age of 59 I think I see a window of opportunity in the near future. I was very pleased to discover your EZ guide while reading our recent AAA magazine. Your website is very nice as well. Michele and I are originally from Lyme, CT but are just finishing our first new home in Colchester, CT. We have a daughter in Reno who is expecting and we may drive out this November via the southern NM/AZ/CA route. Your EZ guide will make our journey much more fun I'm sure. Hope we can chat some day. Thanks again Jerry. Brian & Michele Bloom 235 Haywardville Rd. Colchester, CT 06415 1961debbie@live.com

We're still planning a September trip from St. Louis west. Hoping the Covid 19 has tamed down allowing for the trip. Not sure how much time we'll take. Depends how much time we take looking at things.Hope we get to meet you.
