I think doing Route 66 would be the ultimate road trip for my wife and me in our lipstick red 1957 T-Bird. We lvie in the Seattle area of western Washington, and assumed we would drive by freeways to the Chicago area to pick up the start, then west to Santa Monica, then north up 101 back to western Washington. Do you prefer doing Route 66 westbound, or eastbound, and why? Also, when will you have the next edition of EZ66 road maps? And how much are they? Thanks much!

Jerry your EZ book saved our marriage! My husband and I kept getting into arguments because we kept getting lost with the AAA BOOKS. We stopped at the Mule Hitching Post in Rolla MO and the lady there recommended your book. It was wonderful and the rest of our trip was amazing. Have you considered doing a book for the Lincoln Trascontinental Hwy (New York to San Francico) or the road along the Mississippi River? We will be doing 66 again next year and you will be our guide :).

My husband and I are traveling Route 66 in our 1947 Packard Clipper. We had it shipped back to Chicago from San Jose, Ca. We are now on our way to Santa Monica. We wanted to see the Memoryville USA Museum near Rolla, Mo. We saw a big sign just off I-44, but could not find the museum. We had a phone number, called but found that the number was no longer in service. So it seems that it is no longer around. We sorry to have missed it. Carolee Wheeler

Great to see your web site up! Went West from Okla City in April and headed to Chicago in a couple of weeks. Always have your guide book open when we travel. We travel 66 in Oklahoma frequently. Look forward to visiting your gallery.

Hey Jerry, You are the man when it comes to guidebooks. Used the EZ66 Guidebook on my trip and it was fantastic. I hope to meet you someday. You have done so much for the road. Thanks

Jerry,
THANK YOU so much for your wonderful book. We started in Tulsa and ended up at Santa Monica and stayed as true to the Route as possible. The ride in to Amboy was cool as hell with your description to watch for all the names in stone. We're doing Chicago to Tulsa next May. We wouldn't have had such an easy time without your book.

Jerry,
We had a wonderful 4 weeks travelling Route 66 with your EZ guide. Thanks to you and all volunteers that keep route 66 alive. This trip was a dream. We have planned to come back in 2010 to travel EB. We will visit you at Chandler on that occasion!
